At Orah Candles, we take great care in packing and delivering our handmade candles. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited and fair return policy as explained below.

1. No Return If Product Is Not Damaged

• If the product is delivered in perfect condition, returns or refunds are not accepted

• Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture are normal for handmade candles and are not considered defects

• Change of mind or dislike of fragrance is not eligible for return or refund

2. Return Only If Product Is Damaged or Defective

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• The product is broken, leaked, or defective

• You received a wrong product

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and unburned

• Original packaging must be intact

• Clear photos/videos of the damaged product must be shared

Without proof of damage, no return or refund will be processed.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

5. Replacement Policy

• In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

• Replacement delivery time may vary based on location

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Used or burned candles

• Products damaged due to improper use

• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
